You have seen how the trading/industrial estates in Westbury were not shown as they are by WCC.

Here is a view of part of them, as they really are.  Huge.  Expanding rapidly.  They just lack good access.

You may have previously observed the grand entrance road proposed just for the cement works on the east and WCC's convoluted indirect partial access for the vast trading estates, employing thirty times as many, but in the west.
