Hello, my name is Joyce Field.   I am often out running.

I was born in Westbury and have lived in the area for all of my life.

I run along the Wellhead Valley, between Westbury and the Escarpment.

I am appalled by the prospect of a main road through this beautiful countryside.

Wiltshire County Council is promoting a bypass here, by way of our council taxes.

WCC ought to be working out a better solution, such as a road beside the railway.

We are raising funds to expose the awful eastern bypass scheme at the Inquiry.
